Returns, Exchanges & Consumer Guarantees

Golf Accessories Australia wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every order is carefully packaged and individually checked for quality control prior to dispatch.

We offer a 30-day return policy covering:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Size exchanges
  • Faulty or damaged items

We do not offer a separate written warranty. However, all products are covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

If you require a refund, exchange, or replacement, please email support@golfaccessoriesaustralia.com.au with the following details so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
  • Proof of purchase (order number, date of purchase, and purchaser name)
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos or video showing the issue (where applicable)
  • Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or replacement

Size Exchanges

  • Return the item to us (return shipping is covered by the customer)
  • Once received and inspected, we will send the replacement item
Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges or change of mind returns, unless the item is faulty.

Change of Mind Returns (Refund)

  • Return the item to us (return shipping is covered by the customer)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Once inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Sale items are not eligible for change of mind refunds.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, odour, or damage

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described in line with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a:
  • Repair
  • Replacement (with return shipping covered by us), or
  • Refund depending on the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered product faults under Australian Consumer Law:
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care, including heat or tumble drying
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or abnormal use
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or alteration
  • Damage resulting from improper or lack of maintenance
  • Damage to external packaging only
